This is my second pair of Laredo boots. The first pair was so cute AND comfortable that I decided to get another style. Laredo doesn’t disappoint! Boots run about a half size larger than expected, but otherwise - GREAT buy!!Overall Fit: Completely expected. I usually wear a 9 but I ordered these in a 9.5 because I own another pair of Laredos that are a tad snug in 9, however they also have a narrower toe. The extra half size made a difference in these boots. A 9 definitely would have fit but would have been a little tight. So I would take that into consideration when ordering.Width: I feel that these boots run a bit narrow however I only own two pair of Laredo boots so that could be a fluke thing. The upper is leather. However Laredo puts a material on the inside of their boots as an extra bit of design on their part. I personally like it, it adds more personality to the boot, but others may prefer the bare leather inside. These particular Sadie boots have a dull brown material with metallic flecks. The material is very soft against bare skin and doesn't mess with my socks so I can't see much reason for complaint.I submitted some photos. In the front view side by side the lighting makes the two boots look very different but the shade and detailing in each one is very well matched. If you're on the fence I'd definitely get these boots. These boots are really comfortable once you get them broken in, they are a little big on me I got a size 9 I’m normally an 8 1/2 and they only got bigger after breaking them in, if you like things tighter I suggest getting your size or a 1/2 size smaller. Definitely going with my size next time. These boots are super comfortable. I love that because with a lot of boots, you already want to take them off 2 hours into the night. Yes, at first you’re going to have to break them in and they’re gonna bug you a little but once you get them past that, they’re great. They’re also very good quality for the pricePurchased for a gift for a friend who has wide calves. She wears them all the time. Took her a week or two to break in though. But she tells me they are comfy as! size 9.5 and she wears a 9.5 in ariats boots if that helps anyone with sizing. My son bought these for his kindergarten teacher. We moved from Texas to bush Alaska and he really really really really wanted her to have cowboy boots. She loved them and my son was tickled proud for her to get to give them to her. Her shoe size is 7.5 and we ordered the 7.I wear a 9.5 and bought a 9.5, they fit tight at first but once I get them broken in they will be perfect! I love the way they look. Its a good quality boot however the size reccomendation was incorrect, I should have stuck with the original size I had selected. It's quite hard to break-in. But really nice boots, its a pity about the size. It could have more or wider inner sole cushioning.Got these boots on time in the mail even though they came from the US. I usually wear a 6.5/7 and ordered a 6.5 which was a bit roomy. After about a week I wore down part of the insole probably from the way I walk but have never worn down insoles before. I put in a pair of thin ones since the insoles of these boots are not removable. These boots are very comfortable otherwise and have a good outersole with some decent grip to them. They're great for if you're looking for something that won't get damaged by working on the property or going in the bush (they are not waterproof though, unlike some other western boots).
