The bottom around the shirt isn't a loose one. It has a slight fitted band around it. I like loose and will alter it.This top is beautiful so I was very disappointed that it was too small as I even ordered a size larger than I normally would.Runs true to size. I wear a medium and had to return the large I ordered. Colors are very vivid. Fabric good quality, but not sweatshirt fabric. More polyester. I liked it and will reorder in my size.
